Our performers are selected not only for appearance, but for personality, warmth, performance ability, and professionalism. Every cast member goes through training focused on child interaction, improvisation, storytelling, energy, safety, and maintaining character integrity throughout the event. Many of our performers have backgrounds in theater, film, music, dance, theme parks, and professional entertainment.

Our Story

I started Southern Belle Princess Parties in 2017 after working as a Character Performer at Walt Disney World. During my time there, I fell in love with the magic of immersive entertainment and seeing the wonder on children’s faces when they truly believed they were meeting their favorite character.

When I moved back to Georgia, I realized there weren’t many companies offering that same level of quality, professionalism, and authenticity that I was used to. I wanted to create something different. Safe, professional, reliable, and authentic are the words I used when creating my business.

As a former teacher and performer, working with children has always been something I’ve been passionate about. I combined my backgrounds in education, entertainment, storytelling, and performance to build a company centered around making children feel special, seen, and celebrated.

What began as a small business with just a few characters quickly grew through word of mouth because families could feel the difference in the experience we provided. Today, Southern Belle Princess Parties has entertained at thousands of events across Georgia, and I’m incredibly proud of the team and reputation we’ve built.

One thing that has always remained important to me is that families can trust us. I know how important these milestones and celebrations are, and I never wanted parents to feel stressed wondering if a performer would show up, stay in character, or create a magical experience for their child. Every part of our company, from communication to performer training to costume quality, is built around making the process feel easy, professional, and unforgettable.

For me, this business has never just been about parties. It’s about creating memories children will talk about for years and giving families moments of real magic together.

  • Your booking is confirmed within within 24 hours, with some vendors offering instant book. This will always be noted on the offering page so you know what to expect.
  • Your vendor will be in touch leading up to your event.
  • You will have clear communication throughout the planning process.
  • If a vendor needs to cancel, we will step in and help you find a replacement from our network so your party stays on track.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?

Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.

How much space is needed for the activity?

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and will be listed on the package page. If you need to cancel your event, please review the vendor’s cancellation policy or contact Confetti Jar support for assistance.
