Backup Vendor Guarantee
Confetti Jar stands behind every booking. If your vendor becomes unavailable, we will find you a backup vendor. If the backup option does not meet your needs, you will receive a full refund.

Deposits
Once a booking is confirmed, deposits are nonrefundable. The one exception is our backup vendor guarantee: if your vendor is not available and a suitable backup cannot be found, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by the specific vendor you book with. These policies are listed on each listing and agreed to at the time of booking. You can find the full vendor policy on the same page where you book, right next to the "Book Now" button.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive recurring service.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Refunds are not available after a payment has been made. Your subscription payment will end following paid duration. See our returns policy for more details refunds.
