Cancellation Policy
When booking a service through Confetti Jar, all cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refund policies are determined solely by the individual vendor providing the service.
Each vendor maintains their own cancellation and refund terms. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the vendor’s policies at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must contact the vendor directly and follow their specific policies and procedures.
Confetti Jar does not process cancellations or issue refunds.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive recurring service.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Refunds are not available after a payment has been made. Your subscription payment will end following paid duration. See our returns policy for more details refunds.
