Junior Jazzercise

We are a dance fitness program that gets kids moving, building coordination and strength, and learning many dance styles. Kids develop positive self-esteem, confidence, and body awareness. With interactive games and health education, our program is a strong basis for life-long fitness. We are part of the well-known Jazzercise program that has been around for over 50 years.

• Kids get fun, sustained physical activity to burn energy and stay fit as well as health education on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
• Kids get to explore different styles of dance.
• We help kids build stamina for sports and other activities.

Our hour-and-fifteen minute long party format for up to 12 participants includes 5-6 dance & movement routines, 2 games or activities, and fitness lesson. You may substitute a craft for the games. Also, with our coverage of instructors, we can many times accommodate reservations relatively close to time.

Customized parties for birthdays or playdates include:

1. Girls Rock! (Tween) Dance Party includes:

• 20-minute pre-planning session with the birthday girl
• Moving to favorite artists like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Zara Larsson, Ava Max, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Blackpink, Oliva Rodrigo, and KPop Demon Hunters trending songs.
• “Yarn/Décor First Name Letter” Craft option (instead of games)

2. Kids Rock! Dance Party includes:

• A theme like Movie Soundtrack Classics, KPop Demon Hunters, Animals, Space, or relevant Holiday collection of movement routine songs
• Opportunity to choreograph dance moves to a personal favorite song

3. Fitness Fun! Party includes:

• Strength moves instead of dance moves
• More focus on fitness, healthy habits, and coordination games

Pricing & Packages

Party packages start at $275 for 12 participants at our studio. Includes 5-6 dance & movement routines, 2 games or activities, and a fitness lesson.

+ Add $20 for each additional participant up to 16

+ Add $35 trip fee for traveling outside 10 miles from business location

+ Add $30 per 30 minutes to remain in the studio for duration of party

– Subtract $50 for booking on a Friday
