How the Sports Party Works

Our Sports Party is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having a blast from start to finish!

We set up six exciting game stations, each featuring a different sport or high-energy activity. Before the party begins, our team organizes each station with clear game rules so everything runs smoothly and kids know exactly how to play.

Guests rotate through the stations in 15-minute intervals, giving them the chance to experience every game. After each round, we build in a quick water break to keep everyone refreshed and ready for the next activity.

Game Style

These aren’t drills—these are full-on games! Kids jump right into the action, playing fun, age-appropriate versions of popular sports that keep the energy high and the competition friendly.

Space Requirements

Every party space is a little different, so we work with you to make sure everything fits perfectly. We ask that you send photos of your space in advance so we can determine the best setup—whether that’s a backyard, open field, or indoor gym.

On the day of the party, everything was delivered on time and set up perfectly. The quality of the equipment, including tables, and chairs were outstanding. Everything looked brand new.

One of the highlights was the inflatable bounce house we rented. It was a huge hit with the kids, and I was impressed by how sturdy and safe it felt.

After the party, the pick-up process was just as seamless as the delivery. The team arrived promptly and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to focus on enjoying the day with my guests.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.
