2. Reserve Your Date
Secure you event date through Confetti Jar. Be sure to include your theme in the Order Notes at booking. After booking through Confetti Jar, we will connect to finalize all the details. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, and we recommend booking early to guarantee your preferred date. Your remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days before your party.🎉
3. DAY OF PARTY
Get excited for the big day! We will reach out the day before to confirm delivery/pick up times. On the day of your party, we'll swoop in with your themed setup and transform your space into a Cozy Corner Sleepover. Just make sure the area is clear before we arrive so there are no hiccups. Once we're done setting up, it's time to celebrate! 🎈✨
4. DAY AFTER PARTY
The day after your fantastic event, we'll be back to pack up the tents and themed setup. The only thing we'll leave behind are incredible memories! Tips are never expected but always appreciated by our awesome team!😊✨
What to Expect:
Pricing Details: The listed price covers your curated setup but not the damage fee. There will be a $100 refundable damage deposit fee that is returned 1-2 days after party once all items are picked up and confirmed to be undamaged and complete.
Stairs fee and any applicable travel fee are not included and will be added after we finalize your booking. These additional charges ensure we maintain the premium quality, care, and white‑glove service our clients expect.
To Reserve Your Date: We require a non‑refundable deposit, which allows us to secure your inventory, block your event time, and begin preparing your custom experience. If your plans change, we’re happy to offer rebooking within 60 days to any available date. This ensures you never lose your investment while still allowing us to maintain the elevated level of service and exclusivity our brand is known for.
BYOP: Bring your own pillow. For hygiene reasons, our pillows are decorative only and we ask that partygoers bring their own sleeping pillows.
Deposit: To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is due on or before 7 days prior to your event, payment is nonrefundable.
Stairs: If stairs are required for setup and breakdown, a $20 fee will be added to your invoice.
Travel Fee: For services requiring travel beyond 25 miles from Canton, a travel fee will apply. Please contact us directly for specific pricing.
Supervision and Liability: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult (18 years or older) during the rental period. Cozy Corner Sleepovers will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property, however caused, during your rental period. The client assumes full responsibility for any accidents that occur during the rental period. If you have any safety concerns regarding any of our rentals, please let us know prior to departure after setup so we can modify or remove items if needed.
Photography Consent: We will always ask to photograph your event and if you should give consent, we reserve the right to use the photographs taken at your event in our promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing. Cozy Corner Sleepovers will never disclose names, ages, addresses, or any personal information. However, we respect your privacy, and you may request not to have all, or part of your party photographed, and we will honor that request.

When you book through Confetti Jar:
- Your booking is confirmed within within 24 hours, with some vendors offering instant book. This will always be noted on the offering page so you know what to expect.
- Your vendor will be in touch leading up to your event.

What happens after I book?
Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.
For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.
Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.
Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!
What time should I select when booking?
For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.
Will the vendor contact me before the party?
Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.
Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?
Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.
How much space is needed for the activity?
Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
