Your Confetti Jar Business Profile will be live on the Confetti Jar website within 3 business days following receipt of this form and all images for your profile.

Note: Businesses must have an active Confetti Jar Business Subscription or Confetti Jar +Plus Business Subscription before the business profile will be added to the Confetti Jar website.
