Venue Details & Helpful Tips

Our party room comfortably seats 18 to 20 and stretches to 25, with parents usually gathering in the lobby. We recommend keeping groups to 25 kids or fewer for the best fit. We have hosted up to 30, but it starts to feel tight past 25. The front of the building is air conditioned and the back is not, so it can run warm, though our drum fans and swamp coolers keep the air moving comfortably with no complaints.

Our hosts staff every party and handle set-up, welcoming guests, running the games, cutting the cake, serving food, and cleaning up, so you can relax and enjoy the day. Outside food and outside vendors are both welcome. We allow 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up, and since we have just 30 minutes between parties, any help tidying up at the end is much appreciated.

Our Story

We are passionate about training kids and being rooted in the community. As my children came of age for birthday parties, we realized there was something missing in the market and it happened to blend perfectly with our current sports training business. Monday through Friday you will find us doing private lessons and teams renting cages and practicing. By Saturday morning, the facility is transformed into the ultimate sports party experience. We run all birthday parties Saturdays and Sundays only with 3 slots available each date. Being able to mentor the youth in our community during the week and then make their birthday party special on the weekends is truly a blessing. Grit has transformed into something so much more special than just a batting facility or birthday venue, it is a place where people come and truly have fellowship and fun.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For venue bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.
