What's Included

30 warm, made-to-order regular-size cookies (100g / 3.5oz each), your choice of up to 2 flavors: Red Velvet, Pirulin, Chocolate Chip, M&M, Strawberry Samba, Choco Brownie with Oreo, Monster, or Lotus Biscoff.
Vanilla ice cream, toppings, and drizzles for guests to customize their own cookie creation

How the Experience Works

Bliss-B arrives 30–45 minutes before your event begins to set up our signature Dessert Cart and prepare for service. Once guests arrive, our attendant warms fresh cookies on demand, pairing them with vanilla ice cream, toppings, and drizzles so each guest can build their own custom cookie creation.

Service runs for two hours, with one cookie per guest included. If your event continues beyond the initial service time, additional hours can be added to keep the experience going. Bliss-B can also customize the cart setup and provide branded cups for an elevated, personalized touch.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations: The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If Client cancels 7 or more days before the event, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded. If Client cancels within 7 days of the event, all payments made, including the remaining balance if already paid, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Changes: Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. Requests made after this timeframe are not guaranteed.

Provider Cancellation: If Provider must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, Client will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.
