Production

• Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days

• UV-printed on 4 mm coroplast

• Single-sided print + machine contour cut

• Weather-resistant and durable

• Colors may vary slightly from what you see on-screen due to monitor settings — we do not offer color matching.

• Smaller props include a slim white border that protects the artwork during cutting and shipping. Tiny quirks within that border (like a softly bent corner) are totally normal. If something arrives damaged beyond that, we’ll make it right 💛

🔄 Exchanges / Refunds / Cancellations

• Every Paper Jam piece is made-to-order — no warehouse, no mass-production.

• Because of the custom nature, we can’t accept exchanges or refunds.

• Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase (with approval).

📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Ships via FedEx within 1–7 business days after production.

• We currently don’t offer expedited production or shipping.

📸 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• The damaged item(s)

• The original shipping box

FedEx requires claims within that 48-hour window. After that, they can’t process replacements. Once a package is marked Delivered, they’re not liable for theft — so if a package goes missing, please file a local police report. We promise to handle our part (beautifully printing and shipping your order) and trust FedEx to handle theirs (delivering it safely).
