Celebrate your little builder Snapology-Style! Our instructors will lead 1-2 fun, age-appropriate party games and the guests will have free play with our Duplo Lego bricks for the majority of the party. We will have time to sing Happy Birthday, open presents, and eat any food you provide.

How the party flows:
Our team arrives 15-20 minutes prior to start time for set-up.
We provide all activity materials and supplies for a seamless and stress-free experience. We handle both setup and cleanup of the activity, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Parents simply need to provide table/chairs for the activities and any party decorations/food.
Host must provide:
Tables and chairs for attendees (6-foot table fits 3-6 kids depending on width)
Where the party is hosted:
Parties can be hosted at the Kennesaw Rec Center or at a location of your choice (please note that individual home locations are not permitted). Neighborhood clubhouses work great!

What happens after I submit a booking request?
Once you submit your request, we check your vendor’s availability for your event’s location, time, and duration, and confirm within 24 hours. Your card won’t be charged until your booking is confirmed. As soon as it is, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your event details.
Will my card be charged when I send a request?
No. Submitting a request saves your payment details so we can finalize your booking quickly once it’s confirmed. About 95% of requests are confirmed, and once yours is, your deposit is charged and the remaining balance is charged 7 days before your event. If your request can’t be confirmed, we’ll reach out as soon as possible with other options for your party.
What happens after my booking is confirmed?
Once your vendor confirms, you’ll receive a confirmation email securing the date and time of your event, so you can start planning with confidence. You’ll also hear from your vendor, who may reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or answer any questions you submitted with your request.
For packages over $400, a 50% deposit is charged when your booking is confirmed, and the remaining balance is automatically charged one week before your event. Then you’re all set for a fabulous celebration!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!
What time should I select when booking?
For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.
Will the vendor contact me before the party?
Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.
What happens if my vendor is not available?
If your vendor isn’t available, we’ll contact you right away with backup options from other handpicked local businesses. Occasionally a backup option may be priced differently, so we’ll walk you through every choice before anything is booked. If none of the options meet your needs, your request is simply canceled and your card is never charged. There’s no commitment until your booking is confirmed.
How much space is needed for the activity?
Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.
