Confetti Giveback
Earn hundreds, even thousands for your school.
Up to 3% of bookings, back to your school. Confetti Giveback is the fundraiser that runs itself. Enroll once, share your code, and we handle the rest: we provide all the marketing materials, track every booking, and send your earnings every month. No selling, no events, no volunteer hours.
Your families are already planning birthday parties. Every booking made on Confetti Jar with your school code sends funds straight back to you, with no cost to join and no limit on what you can raise. That adds up to classroom supplies, field trips, and the extras your school counts on.

See how it adds up
Every time a family in your school community books through Confetti Jar with your school code, your school earns money back. Here’s what that could look like in a single school year:
Parents at three different companies work with our Confetti Concierge team on corporate events of $2,000, $6,000, and $8,000. Your school earns 2% on each, or $320 total.
100 families book their kids’ birthday parties on Confetti Jar, with everything from face painting to inflatables to mobile slime making, at an average of $420 each. Your school earns 2%, or $840.
40 families order their party supplies through Confetti Jar at an average of $50 each. Your school earns 3%, or $60.
That’s $1,220 back to your school, just from families planning the celebrations they were already planning. And there’s no cap on what your school can earn.
The value for your school
This is money for something your families already do. Confetti Giveback just makes it easier and sends a share back to you.
Uncapped earnings
There is no limit on how much your school can raise. The more your families celebrate, the more comes back to you, and over a school year it can add up to thousands of dollars.
Applies to the whole party
On Confetti Jar you can find and book everything a birthday needs in one place: party venues, bounce houses and inflatables, backyard games, characters and mobile entertainment, face painters, party supplies, balloons, cakes, and more. Thousands of options, all counting toward your school.
No new spending for families
Parents are already booking birthday parties. Confetti Giveback simply makes it easier for families, and turns that spending into support for your school, at no extra cost to them and nothing extra to buy.

A note from our founder
As the founder of Confetti Jar and a mom of three, I am raising my kids in this community right alongside you. Supporting our schools, our families, and our neighbors, and bringing a little more joy to our community, is at the heart of everything we believe in at Confetti Jar. That is why we built Confetti Giveback. Rather than spend our budget on advertising, we would rather invest it right back into the schools that raise our kids. When your families celebrate, your school benefits, and our whole community wins. We are so excited to partner with you.

FAQs
What is Confetti Giveback?
Confetti Giveback is a free fundraising program that sends up to 3% of Confetti Jar bookings back to a family's school or PTO. Families enter their school's code when they book a party, and the school earns a percentage of that booking automatically.
How much can our school earn?
Schools earn 3% on party supply purchases, 2% on Confetti Concierge events, and 1% on direct bookings of party services, rentals, entertainers, and venues. There is no cap, so the more families who use your code, the more your school raises.
What counts as party supplies?
Party supplies include items like plates, napkins, cups, tableware, and decorations purchased through Confetti Jar. Any party supply order placed on Confetti Jar with your school code earns 3%.
What counts as a direct booking?
A direct booking is any party service a family books on their own through Confetti Jar, such as entertainers, bounce houses, rentals, balloon artists, desserts, or venue party packages. Each one earns your school 1%.
How does the 2% on Confetti Concierge work?
When a family books an event through Confetti Concierge, your school earns 2% of the entire event booking, including every vendor and service booked as part of that event. It is not limited to the Concierge planning fee.
What is Confetti Concierge?
Confetti Concierge is Confetti Jar's event planning service. Our team works one on one with families to plan and book custom events, and can also handle day-of support, errands, pickups, and event hosting.
What if one order includes both supplies and services?
Each item earns its own rate. For example, party supplies in the order earn 3% and an entertainer booked in the same checkout earns 1%.
How do families support our school?
Families enter your school's unique code at checkout when they book on Confetti Jar. That's it. The booking is credited to your school automatically.
Who can enroll?
Any school, PTO, or PTA can enroll, including preschools and private schools.
Does Confetti Giveback cost families anything extra?
No. Families pay the same price they would on Confetti Jar without a school code, and the Giveback comes from Confetti Jar. There are no booking fees on Confetti Jar, so the program costs nothing for your school or your families.
Does the code work for any party, or just birthdays?
Your code works on anything booked through Confetti Jar, not just birthdays. That includes celebrations, school events, corporate events, and any other event booked on the platform.
What happens if a booking is canceled or refunded?
Canceled or refunded bookings do not count toward your school's Giveback earnings.
Can a family add our code after they've already booked?
Yes. Families can email info@confettijar.com within seven days of their booking, and we'll apply your school's code.
Can we see how much we've earned?
Yes. Each month, your school receives an email summary report of its Giveback earnings at the same time as your payout.
How can we promote Confetti Giveback to our families?
Once you enroll, we'll send you a ready-to-use toolkit with a newsletter blurb, a social post, and shareable PDFs to send to your school community.
