Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

Clients may reschedule their party without a fee if event plans change, as long as at least 14 days’ written notice is provided before the event date. Rescheduling is subject to mutual availability.

Rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances may also be allowed with written notification at least 14 days before the event.

Additional items, add-ons, or package upgrades may be added after booking and up to one week before the event, depending on the event date and product availability.

Our Story

I started Solan Creatives after my son was diagnosed with developmental delays and I discovered how powerful hands-on crafts could be in helping children build confidence, communication, self-expression, and motor skills through play. What began as creating activities to support his growth inspired me to build a business where kids can explore their creativity, feel celebrated, and create joyful memories through interactive experiences.

What I love most about kids’ parties is seeing children light up when they create something they’re proud of. I love watching their personalities and creativity shine through while they laugh, connect, and make memories together. There’s something really special about turning simple moments into experiences kids will remember long after the party ends.

They matched our Disney Zombies theme perfectly — every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. You can tell they really care about bringing your vision to life. The slime stations were such a hit, and all the kids had an absolute blast making and playing with their creations! Plus the glitter tattoos were such a fun touch while guest arrived! We loved it!

We hired Solan Creatives for a jewelry crafting party for my daughter and her friends. They were great! They brought all the necessary supplies and guided the girls through making several beaded and charm bracelets. They were super organized, friendly, and helpful. The girls had so much fun. What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?

Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.

How much space is needed for the activity?

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.

What if I need to reschedule my party?
