Safety

Balloons pose a choking hazard and should be handled with care for children under 8 - balloons require adult supervision. Keep un-inflated balloons away from children and discard any popped balloons immediately.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please contact us in writing as soon as plans change. Cotton candy cancellations before service begins retain only the $150 retainer; additional payments are refunded. Balloon and rental cancellation terms are provided in your service agreement.
Setup: Please arrange venue access and have the installation area clear at the agreed time. Outdoor bookings need a suitable weather backup plan. As the decorator, we reserve the right to decline install should the designated location be deemed unsafe.

What happens after I submit a booking request?

Your booking request is sent to your vendor, and we’ll confirm within 24 hours. Your card isn’t charged until your booking is confirmed. If your vendor isn’t available, we’ll reach out with other options from our handpicked local businesses. If none are the right fit, your request is canceled and your card is never charged.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email securing your date and time. For bookings more than 7 days out, a 50% deposit is charged at confirmation, and the remaining balance is charged 7 days before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or answer any questions you submitted with your request. Then you’re all set for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin.

For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start.

For pick-up, select the time you'd like to pickup your order.

Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Any customization options are listed in the item description. Please be sure to provide information needed for your customization in the "Special Instructions" section.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.
