- Onsite visit for max 1-hour on mutually-agreed upon day/time
- Confetti Jar will record, create, and edit video (up to 1-minute in length)
- Confetti Jar will publish the Reel to the Confetti Jar Instagram page as a collaboration and also promote through Stories.
- Confetti Jar will capture behind the scenes photos and videos and share to Stories for additional promotion.
- Automation directing users to your Confetti Jar listing or booking page to book from the Reel
We also share all video and photo content with you to use as you'd like on your own channels.

What happens after I book?
After you submit your booking, your vendor will review and confirm your request within 24 hours. Once confirmed, they will provide any next steps and keep you updated leading up to your event.
How will I communicate with the vendor?
Your vendor will communicate with you directly and provide clear updates and confirmations as your event approaches. You will always know what to expect without needing to follow up.
When is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours with some vendors offering instant book. This will always be clearly noted on the offering page. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has been confirmed.
Party supplies ordered for shipping are confirmed right away
What happens if the vendor needs to cancel?
In the rare case that a vendor needs to cancel, our team will step in and help you find a replacement from our network so your event stays on track.
How does payment work?
Your payment is processed securely through Confetti Jar using Stripe. Payments are sent directly to your vendors to secure your booking.
