A cleared area of approximately 8x10 to 10x12 feet

Setup: 30 minutes prior to guest arrival
Breakdown: 20–30 minutes after
Everything is handled for you—from installation to pack-up—so you can stay present and enjoy the celebration.

I travel in a 10 mile radius from Sandy Springs (30328) for free, Travel charges apply for longer distances!
The Experience (Step-by-Step)
1. Reserve Your Date
A retainer or full payment secures your date on my calendar.
After booking I will reach out via email with a questionnaire to prep for your party
2. The Celebration
I arrive early to create the portrait space before guests enter.
Children are photographed individually and together in a relaxed, joyful flow—woven naturally into your party. Individual sessions can last between 3 and 10 minutes, depending on each child. They can be done, when they want to be done.
No pressure, no rushing—just space for personalities to unfold.
I can photograph about 10 children per hour. Please plan your time commitment accordingly.
3. What should the kids wear
My only advice would be: no plain white T-shirt, to not blend in with the background.
No other restrictions. I love when kids express their favorites ( yay for princess dresses and Spiderman outfits )
4. Image delivery
Your gallery is delivered within 2 weeks, beautifully edited and ready to enjoy.
5. Preserve the Memories
These images are meant to live beyond your screen.
Frame them as statement pieces in your home

How many children should we invite to take the most advantage of this experience?This Personality Portrait experience is great for any size of party. Just remember to book a timeframe appropriate for the number of guests you want to photograph (1 hour: up to 10 kids, 2 hours: up to 20 kids/guests...)
Do I need to manage the photography during the party?
Not at all. I guide the entire experience so you can be fully present.Can you also photograph the event while you are there?
There is not enough time for me, but I can arrange another photographer to cover the event for you!

When you book through Confetti Jar:
- Your booking is confirmed within within 24 hours, with some vendors offering instant book. This will always be noted on the offering page so you know what to expect.

What happens after I book?
Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.
For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.
Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.
Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!
What time should I select when booking?
For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.
Will the vendor contact me before the party?
Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.
Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?
Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.
How much space is needed for the activity?
Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.
