Get ready for a magical cooking adventure! Our Cooking Party in Atlanta is a fun, hands-on mobile entertainment experience that brings the celebration right to your home. Perfect for girls ages 4–12 and tweens, this interactive birthday party combines baking, creativity, games, and dancing for a full 2.5 hours of excitement. It’s an all-in-one cooking-themed party designed for girls’ birthdays and celebrations who love getting creative in the kitchen while having fun with friends.

What the party package includes:

  • A dedicated party host to guide the kids step-by-step

How the party flows:

  • As soon as the kids arrive, we’ll welcome them with a big smile and guide them to decorate their very own chef aprons. They can add stickers, markers, glitter, their names — everything they need to show off their chef style! This activity is always a hit and gets them excited for what’s next.

  • Once everyone is done, we jump right into the star activity: Making Mini Oreo Cheesecakes!

  • Each child will prepare their own dessert step-by-step. They’ll crush the cookies, mix the creamy filling, and create their own little masterpiece. This is a hands-on, super fun experience that kids absolutely love!

  • After the cheesecakes are ready, the kids can enjoy their creations or munch on any snacks and drinks you have prepared. This is a great time for them to relax, chat, and show off their yummy desserts.

  • Next, we’ll bring the energy up with a few fun party games! Depending on the space, we can do games like:

    • Musical freeze

    • Limbo

    • Chef relay races

    • Pass the balloon

    • Or any favorites your daughter loves!

  • And to finish the party with a big celebration… Disco Dance Party!

We’ll turn on the disco lights, play your daughter’s favorite songs, and dance together! This is always the highlight — lots of laughs, cool moves, and great pictures.

Your daughter and her friends will enjoy a full 2.5 hours of cooking, creativity, delicious treats, games, and dancing. A perfect party full of memories!

After booking, KidsChaChaCha will contact you directly to confirm event details. They will also reconfirm your event within 24 hours prior to the party.

I usually communicate with parents by text or email. I ask about their child’s preferences and offer different activity options. I also give them the opportunity to fully customize the party to match what their child loves.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

If your plans change, you may reschedule without a fee. One week’s notice is required for all rescheduling requests.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. We allow rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness or severe weather. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can accommodate a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.
