Demon Hunters K-Pop & Potions is a mobile kids’ party package where we bring the full themed experience to you, transforming your space into a high-energy K-pop and magical adventure. Designed for girls ages 4–12 who love music, dancing, and creative play, this interactive celebration blends K-pop performances with hands-on potion-making fun. It’s the perfect all-in-one birthday party or special event for kids who want a unique, unforgettable experience.

What the party package includes:

$625 for 12 kids; $20 for each additional child
Duration: 2 1/2 hours of party fun
Guests: Up to 12 children (option to add more at booking)
Setup: We take care of all setup and bring the necessary supplies
Activities: All materials and equipment for the chosen theme(s)

How the party flows:

Welcome & Transformation
- The kids arrive on a K-Pop–style red carpet with lights, music, and microphones.
- Each child picks a Demon Hunter accessory — a mask, headband, or badge.
- Quick K-Pop makeup (stars, runes, or glitter).
- Optional: K-pop hair extensions for all kids ($135)

Demon Hunters Dance Challenge
Magical Ingredients Hunt
- The Demon Hunters’ mission begins!
- They must find the hidden ingredients to create their magic potions.
- Glow sticks, beads, colorful bottles, and shiny stones are hidden around the space.
- Teams collect them to unlock the next challenge — the Potion Lab!
Potion Laboratory
- Each child creates their own bubbly magic potion:
- Vinegar + baking soda + color + glitter = fizzy potion magic!
- Then, each one names their potion and explains its magical power — for example, “Super Dance Energy” or “Demon Freezer Spell.”
Crafts & Keepsakes
- Decorate mini potion bottles to take home.
- Canvas Art – K-Pop Style
- Kids can paint their favorite K-Pop idol or band on their own canvas, decorate it with fun colors and sparkle, and take their artwork home as a special keepsake from the party.
Grand Finale
- The kids learn simple, fun K-Pop dance moves together.
- They end with a mini group performance full of energy and style!
- K-Pop Dance Party: lights off, disco ball on — time to dance and celebrate the defeat of the demons.

Easy, Clear Communication

After booking, KidsChaChaCha will contact you directly to confirm event details. They will also reconfirm your event within 24 hours prior to the party.

I usually communicate with parents by text or email. I ask about their child’s preferences and offer different activity options. I also give them the opportunity to fully customize the party to match what their child loves.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

If your plans change, you may reschedule without a fee. One week’s notice is required for all rescheduling requests.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. We allow rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness or severe weather. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can accommodate a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Our Story

We are two teachers who have always had a deep love for working with children. Every day in the classroom, we saw how powerful creativity, play, and imagination can be in a child’s life. The moments that meant the most to us were seeing their smiles, their confidence grow, and their excitement when they discovered something new.

We started KidsChaChaCha because we wanted to bring that same joy beyond the classroom. We wanted to create a space where children can feel celebrated, express themselves, and simply be happy.

6 Year-Old Birthday Tie-Dye Party

Ms. Maria and Erica at KidsChaChaCha did an absolutely amazing job facilitating tie-dye and tote-bag decorating for a whole crew of 5-7 year-olds. They were flexible in accommodating the party taking place at a local park and still made the space seem magical, with an adorable table setup, pillow seats, and music to liven it up. They were patient, kept kids engaged, and really went above and beyond to make it easy on us as parents. They were communicative in the weeks leading up to the party and came prepared (and early!) for setup. I will absolutely use their services again!

The ladies from KidsChaChaCha were AMAZING from start to finish! Maria was so quick to respond to every email and question I had. The ladies brought all the supplies for the potions craft, hair and gems, dancing and more. I couldn’t believe how quickly and beautifully they styled K-pop hair, gems and tattoos. The kids absolutely love it! The potions were a huge success. The ladies were amazing at keeping the kids attention. This was for my 5 year olds bday and my 2 year old loved every minute of it also! I will definitely book these ladies again!!

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?

Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.
