Every entertainer on our team is carefully selected not only for their skills, but also for their ability to engage children, create magical moments, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. We make the planning process easy, communicate clearly from start to finish, and consistently deliver high-quality entertainment that parents can trust and children absolutely love.

The vendor will confirm the event within 24 hours prior to the party by email, text, or phone call. They will also text or call the client when they are on their way with an estimated arrival time.

Arrival time may vary depending on the performer or service booked. Most services require approximately 10 minutes for set-up and prep. Magicians typically require 30–45 minutes of set-up time before the party begins.

All deposits are non-refundable.
All payments made to Atlanta Party People are non-refundable. If a Client cancels an event for any reason, the amount paid will be issued as a credit toward a future Atlanta Party People booking.
Credits do not expire and may be applied to any future event, subject to performer availability and current pricing. Requests to reschedule or use a credit should be made as soon as possible so that we can best accommodate your preferred date and time
Outdoor events affected by severe weather may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to performer availability. Requests to reschedule should be made as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate a new date, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Atlanta Party People began when I was a young mom with a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old sons. I absolutely loved being a mom to my boys and wanted a career that would allow me to spend most of my time with my own kids while also bringing joy to other kids.

I started the business as a face painter, painting faces at birthday parties on the weekends while raising my boys during the week. What began as a one-woman business slowly grew through the years as more families trusted us with their special celebrations. Today, Atlanta Party People offers a wide variety of entertainment services, but our mission remains the same: creating magical memories for children and helping parents enjoy stress-free, unforgettable events.

As a mom myself, I understand how important these moments are, and I feel incredibly grateful that what started as a way to support my family has grown into a business that has brought smiles to thousands of children across Atlanta.

What I love most about kids' parties is seeing pure joy. There's something magical about watching a child's face light up when they look in the mirror and see their face painting for the first time. The excitement, wonder, and happiness in their eyes never gets old. Whether it's a painted butterfly, a superhero mask, or meeting their favorite princess, those moments of genuine delight are what make this work so rewarding.
