School of Rock Alpharetta staff are on site for the whole party to handle set-up, clean-up, welcoming guests, guiding activities, cake cutting, and all musical demonstrations and instruction. Outside food is welcome, but outside vendors are not permitted. Set-up and clean-up happen within your booked party time, and there is nothing for you to clean up afterward.

Parties are customizable for all ages and musical styles, from toddler music parties and karaoke to full-band experiences, live DJs, dance parties, and themed celebrations. Your booking request is sent to your vendor, and we’ll confirm within 24 hours. Your card isn’t charged until your booking is confirmed. If your vendor isn’t available, we’ll reach out with other options from our handpicked local businesses. If none are the right fit, your request is canceled and your card is never charged.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email securing your date and time. For bookings more than 7 days out, a 50% deposit is charged at confirmation, and the remaining balance is charged 7 days before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or answer any questions you submitted with your request. Then you’re all set for a fabulous celebration!
