Good to Know

• Pricing is based on a standard 4-hour single-day rental

• Additional hours may be available for an extra cost

• Soft play is ideal for crawlers and children up to age 5

• The 10’ x 10’ ball pit can be enjoyed by guests of all ages; guests of similar ages should play at the same time

• The 13’ x 13’ bounce house is ideal for guests of all ages, up to 10 kids at a time or up to 5 adults at a time

• Bumper cars are ideal for kids ages 18 months to 6 years old with a 66 lb weight limit

• The Bubble House can be enjoyed by guests of all ages

• Grand Prix is recommended for ages 18 months to 6 years old with a 66 lb weight limit

• Water cannot be used with soft play or ball pit equipment

• Bounce houses, Bubble House, and bumper cars require a dry environment

• Outdoor soft play rentals must be on level, even ground

• A shaded area is required from May through September

• Setup cannot be done on dirt, mud, rocky, or wet surfaces

• A backup indoor location may be required in certain months

• On-site concierges help ensure proper equipment use, maintain the play spaces, and assist guests when needed

• On-site concierges are not babysitters

• Assembly and breakdown are handled by staff and may require 30–90 minutes each

• Equipment pickup is not available

• Only staff may handle the equipment

• Custom vinyl must be purchased and installed through the vendor

• You may provide your own balloon garland with a $40 installation fee per rental equipment item, added at booking

• Please do not remove balloons, decorative items, or vinyl from the equipment

• Rain policy: You may reschedule at no extra cost if rain is expected; notify the rental provider by 9:00 AM the morning before delivery
