Families may hire one coach to lead soccer-related games and activities. One coach can manage about 25 kids at most. For larger groups, families may want to consider whether an additional coach or extra supervision is needed.

Things Parents Should Know Before Booking

The Champions League Party Package is designed for families looking for a larger indoor soccer birthday party near Atlanta and Brookhaven. The 2-hour package includes private use of either an indoor turf pitch or indoor futsal court, plus a private event area for food, drinks, and party setup.

Each family is responsible for organizing and supervising their party. Families may lead their own games, hire one of the venue’s coaches for an additional cost, or bring their own coach. If you hire your own coach, they may be required to provide a certificate of insurance before the event.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Any outside vendors, such as a food truck, caterer, decorator, or other hired vendor, must provide Evolve with a certificate of insurance. This package allows up to two outside vendors.

Families receive 30 minutes before the party to set up and 15 minutes after the party ends to clean up and depart as part of the package. If you, your vendors, or your decorators need additional time, please schedule it when booking. Extra time will be charged, and last-minute requests for additional time may not be available.

The package includes space and activities for up to 50 kids, with additional guests available for $10 per person. For larger groups, parents should plan for enough adult supervision to help keep the party organized, safe, and fun.

Venue Details & Helpful Tips

Staff will be present during your event to welcome guests and help with set-up and clean-up. Families may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party for set-up and will have up to 15 minutes after the event for clean-up.

Outside food and outside vendors are allowed. After booking, the venue will contact you to discuss your event and will also confirm the event by email, text, or phone within 24 hours before the party.

All parents must sign the venue’s liability waiver before participating. Kids should wear indoor soccer shoes or tennis shoes only. Cleats and Crocs are not allowed.

Hiring a coach is optional. A coach can lead and organize scrimmages and help manage the kids during the birthday time slot, which is a great option for families who want a more structured party experience.

Please come ready to have a great time and remind guests to respect others during the event.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Written notification of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date to receive a refund of monies paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds given on events canceled within 21 days or less. If the event is canceled due to state and local health mandates, Client shall receive a refund of any monies paid, minus a 3% credit card fee, if applicable. Clients may also reschedule the event to a later date one time only, subject to a $100 Change Fee, pending available dates. If Evolve initiates cancellation of the event, Client shall receive a refund of monies paid.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For venue bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the venue team contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

What does the venue provide?

What if I need to reschedule my party?
