What to Expect Before the Party:

Once Upon a Slime arrives 30 to 45 minutes before your party to get everything set up and ready to go! 🫧 We set up both indoors and outdoors, so your venue is never a problem.

What We Bring:

All supplies, tools, and ingredients are provided. All your venue needs is a clear space for the magic to happen. Need tables? They are available as an add-on!

How the Experience Flows

Once we are set up and your guests are ready, we guide everyone through the science and sensory process of making their very own themed slime from scratch. Every slime is customized to match your party theme, so no two experiences are ever the same! ✨ Each slimer mixes, creates, and takes home everything they make. When the fun is done, we handle all the cleanup so you can enjoy the celebration without the mess!

Who It's For:

Our experiences are perfect for slimers ages 3 and up. Choose from packages for 8, 14, or 20 guests, and the birthday person always slimes FREE as a bonus on top of your package count! 🎂 Individual slimers can be added on after your package is selected.

Package Time Breakdown

✨ 1 Slime: 1 themed creation, approximately 1 hour

✨ 2 Slimes: 2 themed creations, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes

✨ 3 Slimes: 3 themed creations, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

✨ 5 Slimes: 5 themed creations, approximately 2 hours

Looking for Something for a Bigger Group?

If your guest list is growing, check out our Slime by the Hour packages! Designed for groups of 25 or more, our hourly experience is a condensed, fast-paced version of the full slime process that keeps the energy high and the fun going without slowing down your celebration. Same great experience, just on a larger scale! Available for up to 50, 75, or 100 slimers per hour in Basic, Plus, and Pro tiers.

Booking Through Confetti Jar

Booking mobile entertainment for your party is simple (and fun!) with Confetti Jar! To book, select your preferred date and time, and book your mobile entertainment directly through the Confetti Jar.

When selecting a time, be sure to select the time you'd like to entertainment to start.

Your booked vendor will reach out to confirm details, coordinate arrival timing, and make sure everything is set for your event. You can also review the details above for timing and setup expectations.

For bookings over $400.00, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will automatically process 7 days before your event.

What happens after I book?

After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?

Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.

How much space is needed for the activity?

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. If your plans change, please contact your vendor as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and will be listed on the package page. If you need to cancel your event, please review the vendor’s cancellation policy or contact Confetti Jar support for assistance.
