We will confirm your event within 24 hours of the scheduled date and contact you when we are on the way with our expected arrival time. We typically arrive 30–45 minutes before the party, and setup takes approximately 30–60 minutes.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event may be rescheduled one time to a new date within 60 days, subject to Charmcore’s availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will forfeit all funds paid.

Our Story

I love all things creative and helping kids feel accomplished! As a mom of six (ages 18-26), I know all too well how chaotic party planning can be. I took over CharmCore from my sister, Lyndsey, when her family set off to travel the US in an RV! Stepping into this role lets me combine my passion for hands-on creativity with my love for creating joyful, meaningful moments for kids and their families.

I love seeing the moment when a child finishes their custom creation, holds it up, and beams with pride because they designed something entirely unique to their own style. What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, we will find another option for your event or you receive a full refund.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

What happens if my vendor is not available?

If your vendor is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours and provide other options for your party. You can choose to rebook with one of those options or receive a full refund.

How much space is needed for the activity?

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and will be listed on the package page. If you need to cancel your event, please review the vendor’s cancellation policy or contact Confetti Jar support for assistance.
