Easy, Clear Communication

After you book, we'll reach out to finalize all the details, including style and design. If setup is needed, we'll coordinate arrival timing as your event date approaches. Just be sure to select your event start time at checkout so we can plan our arrival and setup around it, making sure your decorations are ready right on time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable

Nicole did an amazing job at my sons 2nd birthday. I trusted her with almost everything after sending a bunch of pics and a few conversations, many panic texts at 3am. Shes so calm and cool. Nothing phases her it’s amazing. She is a pro, she planned for everything and never said something couldnt be done. I am still in amazement! We had a bar w/ bartender, elmo, bouncy house with ballon garland, cake with cookies (all her roundtable of specialists) to provide me what I needed. Thank you again Nicole!!!!!

I cannot recommend [Event Company Name] highly enough! They recently handled my daughter’s third birthday party, and the experience was nothing short of magical. From our very first consultation, Nicole took the time to ask detailed questions about my daughter’s love for astronauts and outer space. She even inquired about the TV shows my daughter enjoys to ensure every aspect of the theme was perfectly tailored to her interests.

The setup and cleanup were seamless, which was a huge relief since I was flying back into town just before the party. My husband had no idea what Nicole and I discussed, yet everything was executed flawlessly. I was amazed when Nicole broke down the balloon arch and repurposed it in my daughter’s bedroom—it added such a personal touch!

The professionalism and creativity of Nicole and her team were impressive. Considering all the work they did, their pricing was very reasonable. I literally just showed up and got to enjoy the party along with my guests, which was a true blessing.

I’m already looking for another reason to throw a party because I know I can count on Nicole and her team to work their magic. I give them a solid 10/10 and will definitely be using them for all our major events in the future! Highly recommended!

Nicole was so awesome! She did the decor for my son's high school graduation...from start to finish she helped make my vision a beautiful success! She even took the time to meet me at the venue a few weeks prior to my event so I could see the layout of what I wanted. Prompt communication and excellent service, my first time using this sort of decor and she didn't disappoint.....highly recommend Nicole and awesome creations!

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin.

For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start.

For pick-up, select the time you'd like to pickup your order.

Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.
