Riders remain on a lead rope throughout the riding activities.
Groups of up to 12 riders can participate at one time.
Groups larger than 12 will be divided into two groups.
While one group rides, the other group will participate in an additional ground lesson before switching.
There is a 205-pound rider weight limit.
Adults are encouraged not to ride so children can stay focused on their horse and handler.
Hay rides require advance notice.
Families may bring streamers, balloons, and other decorations to match the birthday theme.
Cake and present time begins after riders return to the barn and dismount.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made a week prior to the party for a full refund minus 10%. If you cancel for an emergency, please contact the host and arrangements can be made on a per case basis.
If weather is a concern: if WildeWood Cancels the party, you can move it to another date. If you chose not to come, there is no refund. Call the host when in doubt, as we try to be very accommodating.

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!
