How it works
We'll work with you to select an agreed-upon date and time, focusing on the windows that perform best for our audience. Both parties confirm the posting date together. To keep everything on schedule, you'll need to send your content at least four days before the posting date.
Content requirements
Please follow these guidelines:
- Provide at least 10 video clips
- Capture all clips in a bright, well-lit space
- Film vertically
- Send raw, unedited video content with no logos, text, or other graphics over the footage
- Secure approval from everyone featured in the clips, both children and adults, to be posted on public social media channels for promotional purposes

What happens after I book?
After you submit your booking, your vendor will review and confirm your request within 24 hours. Once confirmed, they will provide any next steps and keep you updated leading up to your event.

Your vendor will communicate with you directly and provide clear updates and confirmations as your event approaches. You will always know what to expect without needing to follow up.
When is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours with some vendors offering instant book. This will always be clearly noted on the offering page. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has been confirmed.
Party supplies ordered for shipping are confirmed right away
What happens if the vendor needs to cancel?
In the rare case that a vendor needs to cancel, our team will step in and help you find a replacement from our network so your event stays on track.
How does payment work?
Your payment is processed securely through Confetti Jar using Stripe. Payments are sent directly to your vendors to secure your booking.
