Booking is for one night. When you book, please enter the time you’d like everything fully set up, which is usually your event start time.

Our team will arrive at least 1 hour before that time, or earlier depending on the scope of your setup.

We’ll return the next day at an agreed upon time to pick everything up.

After you book, our team will reach out to discuss personalization, add-ons, and the details of your event.

What makes Shine Bright Party Co. unique is that we don’t just set up a party—we fully host and manage the entire experience from start to finish. From custom themes and beautiful decor to interactive activities, entertainment, food, photos, and cleanup, our team takes care of every detail while keeping the kids engaged and entertained, giving parents the freedom to relax and enjoy the celebration. We combine the creativity of an event designer, the energy of an entertainment team, and the care of a dedicated party host to create unforgettable experiences for every child, for every kind of celebration.

Easy, Clear Communication

After you book, we’ll reach out with a personal planning call or email to make sure we understand your vision and every detail is taken care of. Together we’ll walk through your event flow, theme, guest count, schedule, activities, and add-ons, plus any food allergies and special requests so we can personalize the celebration for your child. We’ll also confirm your setup location and arrival time and go over anything we need from you before party day.

We’ll confirm all the details with you within 24 hours of your event, and we’ll text or call when we’re on our way with an expected arrival time. We typically arrive 3 to 4 hours before the party starts, since setup can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending on the size and scope of your event.

Our goal is for you to feel confident, excited, and completely taken care of. We fully host the experience and handle cleanup from start to finish, so you can simply enjoy the celebration.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

Plans change, and we’re happy to work with you. You can reschedule your event without a fee, and while we ask that you let us know as soon as possible, we’re flexible on notice. If something unavoidable comes up, like your child getting sick or weather that won’t cooperate, we absolutely understand and will work with you to find a new date.

Want to add more to your party after booking? You can add items or rentals to your package at any time, and we’re flexible on timing. Just let us know what you’d like to include and we’ll make it happen.

Our Story

I started Shine Bright Party Co. out of a genuine love and passion for children and a desire to make a meaningful impact in their lives. I wanted to create more than just parties—I wanted to create unforgettable experiences that make every child feel special, confident, celebrated, and inspired. My goal is for every child who experiences Shine Bright to walk away with more than memories of a fun day, but with a feeling that they matter, that they can dream big, and that there is something truly special about who they are. To me, it’s about creating moments that leave a lasting impression on a child’s heart, not just throwing another birthday party.

What I love most about kids’ parties is seeing the joy, excitement, and confidence that come alive when a child feels truly special. I love watching their imaginations take over, seeing them try something new, laugh with their friends, and light up when they realize the entire experience was created just for them. The most rewarding part is knowing we’ve created more than a party—we’ve created a memory, made a child feel seen and celebrated, and hopefully inspired them in a way that stays with them long after the decorations come down.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Do vendors bring everything needed for the activity?

Most vendors bring the supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their package. The package description will outline exactly what is included and anything the host may need to provide.

How much space is needed for the activity?

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.

What if I need to cancel?
