Had my son’s 4th birthday here and this place was nothing short of amazing! The ease of booking the room/ party was exceptional. I was given pictures, suggestions and even places to order pizza that were near. I asked a million questions and didn’t once feel like I was bothersome, the owners were friendly and welcoming and offered assistance with whatever we needed; including setting up our room and helping blow up balloons. They welcomed all of our guests coming in and going (even our guests referenced the hospitality). We had ample time to set up and clean up, my son and all of the kids enjoyed their time on the bounce houses, track and his absolute favorite… the “massive” sandbox as he calls it! There were chairs for parents to sit around and see all the kids play while still being able to socialize (that was nice). I was very pleased with the feeling of security I had, being able to see my child no matter where I was, knowing there was a safety gate near the door and staff at the front desk. To top it all off Peachy the Panda stopped in to visit the kids at the party!! This was a wonderful experience, 10/10 would absolutely recommend and go back again!
