Cancellation & Rescheduling

All items from The Purple Sprinkle are custom-made, and all sales are final upon client pickup or delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered on a case-by-case basis if The Purple Sprinkle is at fault and all policy requirements are met.

The following are always non-refundable:
• Delivery and setup fees
• Special ordered items, including decorations, supplies, add-ons, flowers, toppers, and similar items
• The 50% retainer per item, which reserves the client’s date and covers the time, labor, ingredients, and supplies needed to create that specific item

Refunds or credits will not be issued for client cancellations or changes, missed or late pickups, transport damage, heat or weather damage, design, color, flavor, or taste preferences, issues reported more than 24 hours after pickup or delivery, or requests without return of the product or clear proof of the issue.

To be considered for a refund or credit, the client must either return at least 75% of the product in its original packaging or provide clear photos/videos if a return is not possible. If a refund or credit is approved for a specific item, it applies only to 50% of that item and does not apply to the total order or any other items that were completed correctly.

Clients may refuse delivery only at the time of pickup or delivery if there is a documented issue, such as a damaged item, missing order, or customization error. Products may not be refused due to a change of mind, personal preference, taste, or flavor after retrieval.

All refund and credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Owner/Chef, and The Purple Sprinkle reserves the right to decline any request.

What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, your card will not be charged and we can help you find another option for your event.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserving it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

Any customization options are listed in the item description. Please be sure to provide information needed for your customization in the "Special Instructions" section.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling policies vary by vendor. Review the Cancellation & Rescheduling provided by each vendor.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and will be listed on the package page. If you need to cancel your event, please review the vendor’s cancellation policy or contact Confetti Jar support for assistance.
