Magical Welcome & Wand Making: As the children arrive, they will enter our magical world and create their very own magic wand. They can decorate and personalize their wands using different creative materials.
Create Your Own Magical Creature: The children will bring their imagination to life by creating their own magical creature using creative and natural materials. They will design, decorate, and give their creature its own magical personality and powers.
Snack & Food Time: A little break to enjoy the food, relax, and recharge before continuing with our magical adventure.
Magical Potions Lab: Now it’s time for some magical experimentation! The children will create their own colorful and exciting potions using different ingredients, bubbles, sparkling elements, and magical surprises. Each child will be able to take their potion home as a special souvenir.
Magical Music & Dancing: Time to turn up the music! The children will dance, play fun interactive games, and celebrate together with their friends.
Cake, Birthday Celebration & Dancing: We will finish the magical celebration with cake, singing Happy Birthday, pictures, music, and more dancing!

After booking, KidsChaChaCha will contact you directly to confirm event details. They will also reconfirm your event within 24 hours prior to the party.

I usually communicate with parents by text or email. I ask about their child’s preferences and offer different activity options. I also give them the opportunity to fully customize the party to match what their child loves.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

If your plans change, you may reschedule without a fee. One week’s notice is required for all rescheduling requests.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. We allow rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness or severe weather. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can accommodate a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

We are two teachers who have always had a deep love for working with children. Every day in the classroom, we saw how powerful creativity, play, and imagination can be in a child’s life. What happens after I book?

Your booking request is sent directly to your vendors. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours securing the date and time of your event so you can start planning with confidence. If your vendor is not available, we will find another option for your event or you receive a full refund.

For packages over $400, Confetti Jar collects a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before your event.

Your vendor may also reach out to confirm final details, discuss personalizations, or review any questions submitted with your booking.

Then, you are all set and ready for a fabulous celebration!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party times. Many vendors book out several months in advance. If your preferred date is available, reserve it now to secure your spot!

What time should I select when booking?

For most bookings, select the time you want your party to begin. For entertainment, choose the time you’d like the activity to start. Your vendor will follow up after booking to coordinate arrival and setup details to ensure everything is ready on time.

Will the vendor contact me before the party?

Yes. Your vendor may reach out before the event to confirm details, review any special requests, and make sure everything is set for the celebration.

What happens if my vendor is not available?

If your vendor is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours and provide other options for your party. You can choose to rebook with one of those options or receive a full refund.

How much space is needed for the activity?

Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Many mobile vendors can set up in living rooms, backyards, or community spaces. Review the package details for any space or setup requirements.

What if I need to reschedule my party?
