Our Fire Truck Birthday Party in Atlanta

Our (now!) four-year-old little guy is the most truck-obsessed kiddo I know! Ever since Luke could say even a few words, he has pointed out every dump truck, cement truck, trash truck, moving truck… all of them - that he sees. But, his favorite has always been fire trucks! We worked with a few amazing local businesses to bring our birthday party to life! First, our balloon garland was from Meg’s Party Co. Meg offers balloon pick-up or full-installation, party backdrops, bounce house rentals, and even DIY balloon kits. Her balloon pick-up options and DIY balloon kits allow parents to decorate for the ultimate kids birthday party without the full expense of an installation. And – she even provides wall hooks and painters tape for a perfect, no-mess set-up. For birthday party favors, Ashley at A to Z Dough created the cutest fire truck themed dough jar. The dough jars included homemade red and orange dough, fire truck trinkets and jewels. My kids loved playing with them! Custom dough jars, the perfect birthday party favor size, are priced at $7 each, and an additional $1 to add a custom sticker (ours said “Sound the Alarm, Luke is 4!” with a cute fire truck).

We sang happy birthday and enjoyed the most delicious fire truck birthday cake and cake pops from Whisk & Pearl. Carolynn made an amazing vanilla cake, detailed with the cutest edible fire truck decorations. Our cake pop flavors were cookies & cream and confetti – and these were amazing! Plus, the kids love the novelty of cake pops in addition to birthday cake - Whisk & Pearl added the cutest custom fire truck details to match our kids birthday party theme.

Sound the Alarm: Luke is 4!

Now - the fire truck! For kids birthday parties, Fire Truck Rentals of Atlanta arrives with sirens and lights on! (Be sure the kids are ready to watch!). All of my boys and their friends just stared in awe as they pulled up. Tyler and his team hopped out, coming right over to introduce themselves and tell my little guy “happy birthday.” After setting up, the kids got to spray targets designed to be flames, tour the fire truck, and spray the real fire hose. We even got to ride the fire truck around the neighborhood! This birthday boy was over the moon.
